HOWDY Folks!!!

Well, after 8 years Real Life has caught up with me and is pulling me back into its buggy thumb.gif In May my boss came to me with a proposition for a new job at almost 3 times the salary,,,Only problem is I have to attend some management courses at a local college, and these courses may take as much as 18 months for me to complete frown.gif After much discussion with the wife, and the 4 Horsemen as well, I have decided to go back to school and take him up on his offer thumb.gif I will be working 10 hour days and going to classes 3-4 hrs 4 days a week, and on the weekends I will need to do a lot of studying, which will leave me very little to no time for gaming or trying to guide a Team of racers bawling2.gif

So, as of the end of this week Ol Shrty will be stepping down as Leader of the EAOutlaws and will be turning all the reins and everything over to the 4 Horsemen bigok.gif All the necessary information needed to run the site and board has been turned over to the Horsemen and I have all the confidence in the world that Misters WORM, Ali, Leadfoot and Tinker can lead this Team on to bigger and better things if given the chance and support that all of you folks have shown me bigok.gif luxhello.gif bigok.gif

I was there when "Online Gaming" really started taking hold and the idea of "Teams/Clans" were just starting off, and I am very VERY proud that the EAOutlaws was part of the beginning thumb.gif I have seen many games come and go, I have seen many & many people come and go,,,Some have turned out to be good friends and others,,,,,,,ah, not so good friends wink.gif But I can say for certain that the time I have spent with the EAO and Friends has been 1 HECKOFA RIDE and I have loved every minute (almost) of it thumb.gif I have met a few Cowboys in person and there are sooo many more I wish to one day put the Ol EyeBall on lol2.gif There are so many names going off in my head right now I would probably blow a gasket trying to get to them all, or forget to mention completely, so I am going to spare you and I the torment smile.gif

I do want to say a very special THANK YOU Mr. to my long time friend/foe/partner/ WORM thumb.gif It was rough there the first couple of years wasnt it buddy? We had our disagreements, settled it like men and went on with new business,,,You have been there beside me through all of the good times and gotten even closer during the bad times,,,We have seen each other struggle through some hard personal times and helped pull each other through some of those times,,,We have made out mistakes, spank2.gif each other a time or 2 ( lol2.gif ) learned from those mistakes and became better men for it wink.gif THANK YOU soo very much for being there beerchug.gif bigok.gif beerchug.gif

EAO Doc, if you ever read this I want to THANK YOU as well thumb.gif My only regret is that you didnt stay with us when we needed you bawling2.gif We could have made a HEIIAVA Team

I dont want this to sound like a "GoodBye" post, but it must sound like that I am sure,,,However, I wont just disappear from the Team I love, I will be around on weekends and when I get some time,,,I hope to still be of use to MrWorm and the Horsemen, as well as any of you that might need my help thumb.gif Just remember to give me a few days to get back with you wink.gif

This guy came to us from the world of Hot Pursuit 2 and has been a GREAT asset to the EAOutlaws,,,he has put in time and effort to help other members, he has organized events and helped keep the EAO at the top of HP2 racing luxhello.gif And he has done the very same thing for Test Drive Unlimited and has shown his dedication to the EAO is soooooo many ways,,,I am truely proud to promote this Cowboy from Bronco to Team TDU Desperado luxhello.gif
